To be human sacrifice to the gods for the harvest.
To be killed as a rejected ruler for sovereignty and kingship.
There could be some theories.
Why did you select this exhibit?
At first glance I felt scared of that.
They were so beautiful and mysterious.
I was especially inspired by the hand of Old Croghan Man.
It was unbelievable the body remained in such a naturally preserved condition.
Acidic, non-oxygen and cold temperature would be important for preservation.
This perfect situation made the bog body. it is so amazing.
After I had been staring at it, I felt like falling in love with them.
I wonderd to myself: "What was going on?"

Does the exhibit represent information about a particular culture at a particular time?
We might know about the ritual and culture in the Iron Age.
